Huge delays at Australian international airports

Customs staff at international airports across Australia plan to strike this week over a pay deal dispute with the federal government.

Staff at Sydney, Melbourne and Perth will begin their 24-hour strike from midnight on Wednesday. Customs staff at Brisbane, Darwin and Adelaide international airports will walk off the job for two hours on Thursday. Cairns and Gold Coast international airports leave work on Thursday.

On a normal day the wait is very long at customs when you reach Australian borders. I hug each one of you that will be affected by these planed actions.  Be strong!
